Commission that respects performance
Partners can earn up to 90% of the agency commission received from the property developer, depending on deal type, contribution, and agreed terms. Self-generated transactions attract the highest payouts, while company-supported sales such as allocated leads or assisted closings follow performance based splits. Team leaders and mentors may be onboarded under customised partnership terms based on production and scale.
All payouts are calculated strictly on the agency commission actually received from the developer, after applicable adjustments and in line with agreed terms and compliance requirements.
